Today I am going to review the Logitech Z-5500, a 5.1 system specially designed to bring rich surround sound to your PC at a reasonable price. Being that these are the most high end PC speakers offered by Logitech, I will pit them against the most current high end Creative Labs speakers, the Creative GigaWorks 7.1 S750. Yes, the latter has 2 extra satellite speakers; however, we are going to compare them in terms of sound quality and how easy they are on the eyes.

Logitech Z-5500 Packaging:

Sadly, I cannot do a comparison of the Creative packaging as the speakers have been used for quite a while and I do not have the box anymore. Both sets of speakers, from either company, have similar packaging detailing the product specifications, and the interior packaging are both similar and packed well enough to offer protection for your systems during transit.

As you can see, the box is pretty standard for any computer hardware.
